Service update - Reporting home repairs

We are in the process of switching over to a new contractor to carry out your home repairs. There will be some disruption to the reporting and managing of repairs during this period.

From 17th June for a short period, you will be unable to report your non-emergency repairs online and will need to hold off reporting them until our new contractors are in place. This should be completed at the beginning of July.

We thank you for your patience and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Week of action: Tenant and leaseholder visits

  • We will be visiting some of our council tenants and leaseholders from Monday 17th June to Friday 21st June 2024. We would like to get your feedback on our new online housing account, see how we can provide more help for our vulnerable residents and find out areas where we can improve our customer services. If we are unable to visit your home, we will be running two drop-in sessions. Details of these sessions are included in the letter we sent you.
