Acuity Research and Practice
Acuity Research and Practice has been commissioned by the council to carry out the quarterly surveys through a mix of face-to-face visits, phone calls and online surveys during the year 2026/20207.
- Completing the survey face to face: Acuity interviewers will be visiting tenant’s homes to conduct the survey in-person. The interviewer will provide identification and information about the survey. The interview should take around 25 minutes.
- Completing the survey online: Acuity will email randomly selected residents an invitation to complete the survey starting in May 2026, on a rolling basis.
- Completing the survey over the phone or face to face: Acuity interviewers will call randomly selected residents who do not have an email address. Face-to- face surveys are carried out in the tenant’s home and take about 25 minutes.
