Housing resident involvement opportunities

There are a few ways to participate in resident involvement:

  • Housing Matters: Meetings are held several times a year. Residents can ask questions, suggest topics for future meetings, meet staff and give feedback on policy changes.
  • Tenant Residents' Association (TRA): This link provides an index of TRAs and Sheltered Residents associations
  • Residents' Board: The Residents' Board is made up of tenants and leaseholders. They meet six times a year. The Board's role is to:
    • have an overview of all resident involvement
    • help review housing strategies
    • challenge changes to services
    • look at value for money
