Harrow Council is the largest landlord in the Borough. We manage over 5,000 rented properties, and 1,000 properties sold under the Right to Buy scheme. We strive to provide good quality housing and services to everyone living in the borough. And working with local housing providers as well as other agencies, we aim to promote sustainable communities.
