Harrow Council has been working with Transport for London to secure a £2.25m investment in High Street improvements for Wealdstone Town Centre.
The approved scheme follows several years of engagement and wide-ranging consultation with councillors and local residents, businesses and community groups.
It supports ambitious regeneration plans for Wealdstone, through a town centre and bus improvement plan, that will change the centre of town and help improve walking, cycling and bus journeys.
