Report a faulty street sign

There are street signs all over Harrow, which direct road users and pedestrians around the borough. When signs get damaged, weathered, faded, dirty, vandalised, or difficult to read we fix them.

Our street signs are inspected every three months including both illuminated and non-illuminated signs.

Report a faulty sign

This reporting facility is for non-illuminated street signs

To report faulty illuminated signs, including traffic lights, see our faulty street lights page.

The button below will take you to a page with a map. Position the map so that the 'Confirm Location' marker points to the location with the issue.

Alternatively, at the top of the map you can type an address that's close to the location in question. However once the map has reorientated you will need to adjust the 'Confirm Location' marker so that it points to the exact location of the faulty sign.

The marker must be on the green shading or you will not be able to proceed. Sections that are not green are not maintained by the Council.

Once the 'Confirm Location' marker is in the right place, click it to proceed.
