Freedom Passes

Disabled and Discretionary Freedom Pass holders can travel free at certain times on TfL services and National Rail services within London. For details of when and where a Freedom Pass can be used, see TfL.gov.uk.

There are different types depending on which of the eligibility criteria you meet.

If you are aged over 60 you can apply for one of the following:

Freedom Passes for people with disabilities are issued by Harrow council. For more details see apply for a disabled or discretionary Freedom Pass.

Lost and damaged Freedom Passes

If you have lost or damaged your Freedom Pass you can request a replacement pass on the London Council's website.

Return a Freedom Pass

If you no longer require your Freedom Pass you can return it to the Concessionary travel team.
