Apply for a Taxicard
Coronavirus (COVID-19) update:
Until further notice face-to-face mobility assessments will be suspended. Residents will still need to apply for Taxi Cards, Freedom Passes and Blue Badges in the normal way but where a mobility assessment is required, this will instead be carried out over the telephone by a qualified Occupational Therapist. If you’re applying for the first time, we’ll guide you through any changes that will affect you.
During the Coronavirus pandemic, you can use your Taxicard to arrange deliveries of essential goods. Each time you do this it will use up one of your allocated trips. You will not receive additional trips. For details see London Council Taxicard Changes.
The Taxicard is a London wide door-to-door licensed taxi and private hire vehicle service. Harrow members can take a maximum of 40 trips per year. It is available for those who have difficulty in using tubes, buses and trains. It is for people with serious long-term mobility problems, or severe sight impairment.

What documents will I need?
You will need to upload the following documents to submit your application.
If you do not have all of the relevant documents you will not be able to submit the form. You can save the form and return to complete it at a later date.
It may take 30 to 40 minutes to complete the form. Applications take up to 12 weeks to process.

How we will use and share your information
We will use the information you provide when you apply for a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass or Taxicard to process your application. We will also use the information you provide for other purposes. For further detail please download our privacy notice for concessionary travel.
