• Children's centres - provide opportunities for young children to have the best start in life
  
• Advice and Support Team - provide support advice and guidance to early years and foundation stage practitioners
  
• Families information service - providing details of childcare in Harrow and related information
  
• The childcare development team - creating and maintaining childcare places
