Harrow Early Years will continue to offer bespoke training for PVIs and childminders and can cover required topics with a tailored emphasis to your setting.
Some of the sessions we have run to date are as follows:
- Safeguarding, health and safety and wellbeing.
- New Framework: Observation, planning, assessment, tracking and reporting
- New Education Inspection framework: Pre-OFSTED whole staff training/ workshop and development and a best practice ‘check-up’.
- Auditing your setting across the EYFS framework
- Aspects of SEND [any] and pedagogies for success.
- Understanding and Managing behaviour
- Embedding behaviours for learning and social success
