Harrow Early Years are committed to ensuring that you as childcare providers have access to the right training as you work towards improving outcomes for children. In response to this and supporting your own professional development we offer a comprehensive high quality training schedule.
Our aspirations are that children experience the best education possible, so that outcomes are improved and gaps in achievement are closed in order that children are better prepared for school. We aim to help settings to improve on their ability to meet the needs of children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). This is in line with the SEND strategy identifying the need for high quality provision and outcomes for all children.
The importance of continuous professional development (CPD) can really make an impact and a difference within your practice. The Effective Provision of Pre-School Education (EPPE) report highlights that a trained workforce positively affects quality which in turn improves outcomes for children.

Outcomes and Impact
All our training events highlight the training outcomes and impact, this details what you will expect to achieve. This will assist you in making the right training course choices to meet your provision’s needs.
Training Action Plan
The Training Action Plan will enable practitioners to reflect on their practice. Here you can identify action points as a direct result of your training, and plan how these action points will be addressed and implemented within your practice. You will be able to monitor the impact to your practice, ensuring the outcomes of children are achieved.
