Application process
The online Expression of Interest Form opens on Monday 5th January, midnight for the buildings in Round Two.
Applications for Round Two close on Monday 2 March, midnight for the following buildings:
- Harrow Cemetery, Former Chapel Offices
- Wood Farm, Former Old Dairy
- Pinner Village Gardens, Former Toilet Block
- Stanmore Recreation Ground, Former Changing Rooms
- Centenary Café, Former Café
What happens next?
We will be in touch only if we have further questions based on your Expression of Interest Form (EOI).
The outcome for Round Two will be emailed to you on Monday 16 March.

The EOI Form is an online form. However, you can view and prepare the questions on the Word Document below.
You cannot submit this word document as your Expression of Interest.

Joint applications
We will be accepting joint applications – so there is an option to combine funds and strengthen skillsets.
For joint proposals, only one applicant needs to meet the eligibility criteria. We will also be actively matchmaking applicants through the Expression of Interest window.
