The submission window for the buildings in Round Two closed on Monday 2nd March.
The submission window for the buildings in Round Three opens on Monday 11th May, 10am.
Applications for Round Three close on Monday 6th July, midnight for the following buildings:
- Harrow Recreation Ground, Former Toilet Block
- Little Stanmore Common, Former Scout Hut
- Roxeth Recreation Ground, Former Toilet Block
- Stanmore Recreation Ground, Green Container
- Stanmore Recreation Ground, Former Café

Submit your Expression of Interest early!
This programme strives on getting the best out of each proposal, aligned with the Council’s priorities.
If you get your Expression of Interest in early, the team will have time to feedback on your business plan, giving you the opportunity to improve it.

Joint applications
We will be accepting joint applications – so there is an option to combine funds and strengthen skillsets.
For joint proposals, only one applicant needs to meet the eligibility criteria. We will also be actively matchmaking applicants through the Expression of Interest window.
