Bringing our buildings back to life

Are you looking for a building to run a business or service from?

Then look no further than Harrow’s spacious and popular green spaces.

We’re offering a unique investment opportunity for tenants to bring our buildings back to life. These places could be a hub of local pride, bringing communities together to relax in a café, work hard in a fitness class, share stories in a creative forum, or introduce their pets to each other in a dog parlour!

In three rounds over the next year, we will be accepting imaginative, business orientated, community focused and commercially savvy proposals for our former bowls pavilions, scout huts, chapel offices, toilet blocks and more.

To pitch for one of the 15 available buildings, you need to be an established local organisation, group, or sole trader who wants to invest in the community with proposals which have our residents at their heart.
