Brochures
Within our year long programme, we are due to open submissions for the buildings in Round Two on Monday 5th January. Details of these buildings can be found in the below brochure.
Here you will find an overview of the property and its area, a survey with year one costs, a floor plan, an Energy Performance Certificate, and what we will accept and not accept in a proposal for each building.
The submission window for each round is available on the Application Process page. The brochure for Round Three will go live in 2026.

Open Days
When considering a building, you are strongly encouraged to visit the site with your own team. We are working with commercial estate agent Tony Chamberlain. Check the brochure above for the buildings Harrow Council are running Open Days for, and those you can view via Tony Chamberlain.
The application process remains the same for the buildings which come under both Harrow Council and Tony Chamberlain.
Subject to survey
The Council will not be providing a full condition survey for the buildings. If you are shortlisted to take on a new lease you will be given the opportunity from the date of the offer (subject to contract) to commission a full condition survey within 4-weeks before confirming your final decision to Harrow Council.
