To support you with your application, we have on offer free workshops to guide, advise and inspire.
Meet the team
In these workshops, you will get to meet a member of the team behind the programme and ask questions across any aspect of the process. This could include queries relating to finance, the Expression of Interest Form, leasing negotiations, planning, and community impact.
Each workshop will be tailored to those who attend.

Meet the Architects
The architects within our pro bono service are delivering a workshop on their own specific areas of expertise. Expect to hear professional advice on commercial space transformation, sustainable design solutions, feasibility assessments, planning applications, building regulations compliance, urban regeneration, local community engagement, and project delivery.

Meanwhile Space workshops
Meanwhile Space unlocks the potential of underused buildings and land, bringing them back to life as thriving places to work, create, connect and play. Helping give agency to communities to shape their neighbourhoods, Meanwhile Space build stronger local economies and expand social and cultural infrastructures.
These workshops are led by Projects Director Jen Storan, who specialises in unlocking opportunities for local users and communities.
Preparing your business plan
This workshop discusses the key elements of a business plan, including defining and developing your idea; social impact; inclusivity; space management; projecting revenue and running costs.
