Tenant and Residents' Associations
Tenant Residents' Association (TRA)
A TRA is a democratic organisation formed by local people who work together to make a difference to their community and estate.
Each TRA will have an agreed geographical area and a formally recognised constitution – anyone living in the agreed area is able to join their TRA.
TRAs are run by elected committee members, who have the option to become a member of Harrow Federation of Tenants Residents Associations (HFTRA).
