Harrow Resident Housing Collaboration programme

Neighbourly Lab, an independent research organisation, are recruiting council tenants to the Resident Housing Collaboration programme that gives tenants the opportunity to shape and improve Harrow’s housing services. This is face to face engagement.
What is the Resident Housing Collaboration?
Running from September 2025 to January 2026, the Resident Housing Collaboration will bring together council tenants for four in-person events where you will:
- Learn how housing services work behind the scenes and how they impact your daily life
- Share your experiences and explore the key challenges you face as a tenant
- Work together with neighbours, housing team members and other council staff to come up with ideas and solutions for service improvements
- Focus on what matters to you - residents shape the agenda
- Be part of interactive, engaging and fun sessions - with lots of small group activities, open conversations and creative exercises
- Meet new people and build connections with neighbours and others in your community
Key dates:
- Launch event - September 10th (6pm - 8:30pm)
- Collaboration 1 - October 15th (6pm - 8:30pm)
- Collaboration 2 - November 26th (6pm - 8:30pm)
- Collaboration 3- January 2026, date to be confirmed
The events will take place in the evenings, at accessible locations across the borough, to make it easier for everyone to attend. You don’t need to attend every event to take part and we encourage residents to take part to suit their schedule. Transport costs can be covered for residents who need support getting to the events.
