Please keep this in a safe place as you may need it in future.
If you have decided that you no longer wish to use the service, you can get a full refund as long as you let us know within 14 days of you subscribing and paying.

What do I need to do on my collection days?
On your collection days please make sure you:
- Place the correct garden waste content in the brown bin, you can check our what goes in what bin guide if you are unsure.
- Try not to press and pack your bin full of garden waste, if the contents are stuck or make the bin too heavy, it may not be emptied properly.
- Put your brown bin out on the edge of your property from 6:00am on the day of the collection.
- If you are unable to put your bin out on your collection day and you live on your own, please consider using our assisted collection service to help you. If you already have an assisted collection, this will automatically be included for garden waste.

After the 14-day cancellation period, we will not refund the cost of the service, even if you no longer require the service.
