All hoardings placed on the public highway must be authorised by the council and a licence issued to the provider.
You usually see hoardings around construction sites advertising the new developments or the building contractor's services.
Before you start
To apply for a street hoarding licence you need to:
- Download and complete the application form below and send it to us at: nrswa@harrow.gov.uk
You will be contacted about how you can complete your payment once we receive your application.
When you submit an application we will check that hoardings requested at specified locations do not:
- represent a danger to the highway user
- cause unnecessary obstruction to the free flow of traffic (vehicular and pedestrian)
- conflict with other planned works or events
