Apply for a Club premises certificate
You will need a MyHarrow account to apply for a licence in Harrow. If you do not have an account or this is your first time using this new service:
- you will need to create or sign in to your account
- then return to this page and whilst signed in, you can continue to apply for the application below.
Applying for a Club premises certificate
To apply for a Club premises licence you will need:
- a Premises plan (the Premises plan must follow the legislation outlined on legistation.gov.uk)
- a club rules document.
What happens next?
After you apply for a Club premises certificate you will need to:
- Display a blue notice within 24 hours of your application being validated. You will need to send evidence of this to licensing@harrow.gov.uk.
- Advertise in the local newspaper. You will need to do this within 10 working days of when the consultation period starts.
