Harrow Libraries fees and charges

You may need to pay fees for loaning some audio/visual materials. Some audiobooks may be reserved free of charge. There are fees for reserving CDs and DVDs from outside the Library Authority.

There are fees for using our photocopying service. These fees are payable in advance before point of issue. You are responsible for paying the replacement value for any item lost or damaged whilst on loan.
