The High Street fund process so far
We’ve been talking to the local community across Harrow, about how to refresh the high street. The groups we've spoken to include:
- residents
- businesses
- children
- young people
- ward councillors
- local community groups
You told us what you liked and disliked about the high streets in:
- Edgware
- North Harrow
- South Harrow
- Rayners Lane.
We listened to you and learned what would make you feel proud of your local area. Thanks for taking part!
Consultation and engagement
Communities in all four areas were invited to participate in an online consultation. It took place on the Commonplace website.
Further opportunities to have your say on the High Street Fund improvements were offered. They were arranged through a number of events that took place on each high street. It was great to see so many people at the drop-in sessions. This collaboration helped us identify the most popular choices for high streets.
