Discretionary Freedom Pass Consultation
Harrow’s formal consultation on proposed changes to the Discretionary Freedom Pass scheme in Harrow has now ended.
The consultation ran from 15th June until 3rd September 2023. This is 11 weeks, compared to our usual consultation standard of 6 weeks.
