Apply for a Premises licence

You will need a MyHarrow account to apply for a licence in Harrow. If you do not have an account or this is your first time using this new service:

When applying for a Premises licence as an individual:

When applying for a Premises licence as an individual, you will need to provide the following:

  • your right to work document
  • a Premises plan. The Premises plan must follow the legislation outlined on legislation.gov.uk.

When applying to sell alcohol you will need to provide the following:

Apply for a Premises licence (company)

What happens next?

After your application, you will need to:

  • display a blue notice within 24 hours of application being validated. You need to send evidence of this to licensing@harrow.gov.uk
  • advertise in the local newspaper. Do this within 10 working days from when the consultation period starts.
