Replace a lost or stolen personal licence
If you need to replace a lost or stolen licence, send us your:
- full name and address
- licence reference number if known
- explain in the email that you need a replacement
Email it to us at technicalservices@harrow.gov.uk
There is a fee of £10.50 which you can pay via the Licence payment form
Personal licences are usually processed within 5 working days.
