Apply for a Personal licence
You can apply for a Personal licence online. Your application will be validated within the next 5 working days. Once validated, your licence will be issued.
You will need a MyHarrow account to apply for a licence in Harrow. If you do not have an account or this is your first time using this new service:
- you will need to create or sign in to your account
- then return to this page and whilst signed in, you can continue to apply for the application below.
Applying for a Personal licence
To apply for a Personal licence you will need:
- Personal licence level 2 certificate (accredited personal licence qualification providers)
- Disclosure and Barring service check (DBS) see GOV.UK
- Right to work documentation (photocopy or scanned copy). Only birth certificates from the UK can be accepted
- One passport style photograph
- A method of payment for the fee of £37.00
What happens next?
- Your application should be granted. This is unless there are relevant offences or objections from the Police within 14 days of them being notified.
