Step Forward: Coaching with Impact
The London Borough of Harrow, in partnership with Instep UK, proudly launches a fully funded Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship for Harrow residents who are ready to lead with purpose, nurture talent, and drive inclusive change.
Open to those who are:
- Anyone in employment wanting to develop advanced coaching skills
- Passionate about inclusion, growth, and unlocking potential in others
- Interested in gaining a nationally recognised Level 5 qualification
- Able to commit 6 hours/week to personal and professional development
What's included?
- Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship (11 months + 3 month EPA)
- V6 immersive masterclasses covering strategic coaching, inclusion, and leadership
- 9 one-to-one coaching sessions to embed learning and showcase impact
- VDigital learning modules and workplace-based application
- Peer support, reflective practice, and action learning
- EMCC* accreditation available upon completion
*European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) is the globally recognised organisation that sets high professional standards for coaches and mentors
