The Community Stroke Co-ordinator
The Harrow Community Stroke Co-ordinator provides dedicated support for stroke survivors and their carers. The role includes:
- Post-Stroke Reviews: Care reviews at 6 weeks and 6 months after your stroke.
- Ongoing Support with:
- Secondary stroke prevention
- Connecting you to specialist support for emotional wellbeing
- Any stroke-related concerns

Harrow Community Stroke Hub
Our Stroke Hub meets every two months. The Stroke Hub offers:
- advice on stroke prevention and healthy living
- guest speakers and blood pressure checks
- light refreshments
- a chance to connect with other stroke survivors and carers

The venue is wheelchair accessible, has disabled toilets, and has disabled parking available.
Who can attend? Anyone who has had a stroke and lives in Harrow or is registered with a Harrow GP.
