What you will need to join the library

After you complete the form, you can get your library card from any library in Harrow.

You will need to provide the following to collect your card:

  • proof of your signature and address e.g. driving licence or bank card and
  • proof of a disability if applicable, e.g. a Blue Badge.

Library PIN number

You will need a PIN to access some of our online services. This includes the internet in our libraries. When you join the library, they give you your PIN. You will need to keep this secure. It will also give you access to your borrowing record.

If you were not given your PIN when you joined the library or if you have lost it, please visit any Harrow library. Please bring your library card and some ID. You may be asked some security questions.

Home library service

If you can't visit the library due to a disability, you can borrow books from our Home library service.
