What is a Controlled Parking zone?

A Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) is an area which:

  • is restricted by single or double yellow lines
  • or requires you to have a parking permit to park your car.

What times can I park?

The times you are allowed to park in a CPZ are illustrated on street signs. The signs are displayed on all routes into the parking zone.

Some car parks within housing estates in Harrow operate a permit-holders-only scheme.
