Alexandra Avenue is located south west of central Harrow in part of Roxbourne Ward. In this area there is an ecology park, allotments, a variety of shops, and good transport links.
The proposals are for two new block extensions containing nine new homes. They will be situated across two sites on Alexandra Avenue. The sites are between existing council tenanted and leasehold three-storey purpose-built flats.
In November 2016 we submitted planning applications.
