Come along to the Repair and Re-use fair on Saturday 14 February, in partnership with Voluntary Action Harrow, TRAID, Loanhood, and The Restart Project.
This Valentines Day fall in love with your favourite items all over again at Harrow’s ‘Repair and Reuse Fair’. Your opportunity to fix electricals, swap clothes and donate items, while at the same time reducing waste, and helping the environment.
Come along to our free event at Harrow Leisure Centre on Saturday 14 February, 11am – 3pm and meet our partners Voluntary Action Harrow, TRAID, Loanhood, and The Restart Project. They’ll be on hand help bring your items back to life so you can hang onto them for longer, and swap your pre-loved clothes for something new to you.
Here’s what to expect:
- Learn how to mend your clothes
- Give your old laptop a second lease of life
- Fix a broken lamp, toaster, radio, or other small electrical item
- Bring up to five pre-loved garments and swap them for something new, just in time for London Fashion Week!
- Harrow’s recycling team will answer all your waste and recycling questions
- Pick up a free food waste caddy or bio-degradable liners.
