
A new chapter begins in Harrow Town Centre with the official launch of Art Park, a bold new project dedicated to creativity, community and collaboration.
Launching as part of the London Festival of Architecture (LFA) from Monday 9 June to Friday 13 June 2025, the site will host a week of events spotlighting local talent, young voices of Harrow, and innovative urban thinking, culminating in a public launch party on Thursday 12 June.Art Park is a 900sqm transformation of underused car parking space into a mixed-use creative destination. Designed by Jan Kattein Architects and operated by Meanwhile Space CIC on behalf of London Borough of Harrow, Art Park is a central part of Harrow’s town centre regeneration, funded through the Future High Streets Fund.
During launch week, Harrow residents are invited to take part in a range of events including:
- London Borough of Harrow, official opening of Art Park (Monday 9 June, 11:30am – 12:30pm)
- Regeneration Tour with London Borough of Harrow (Wednesday 11 June): A walking tour highlighting Art Park and other local regeneration sites.
- Art Park Launch Party (Thursday 12 June, 3–8pm): An open celebration including exhibitions, workshops, a panel on incremental urbanism, live music, and local food, welcoming families, professionals, creatives, and residents to see the space for the first time and celebrate the official opening of the new space.
Throughout the week, exhibitions will showcase work by Harrow College students, NOMAD members, and local artists responding to the London Festival of Architecture’s 2025 theme: ‘Voices’ Find out more and view all the events.
