With Spring here, some of us are thinking of having a spring clean. If that’s you, we’re helping make bulky waste removals better and quicker.
- Daily slots double from 30 to 60
- Get one free annual collection of up to four items
- Book a slot, leave your items out for collection and let us take care of the rest
Starting this week, we’ve doubled the number of daily slots from 30 to 60. It means fewer delays, more flexibility and easy access to our service. Residents will continue to get one free annual bulky waste collection of up to four items.
All you need to do is book a slot online, leave your large items outside on the day of collection and leave the rest to us.
Cllr Stephen Greek, Cabinet Member for performance, communications and customer service said:
“It’s great to see people are using our bulky waste service to dispose of their large items responsibly. To keep up with the high demand, we’re putting our residents first by increasing the number of daily slots. With an additional crew now in place, it will help keep the service running at a high standard with fewer delays and quick turnaround.”
