Congratulations to our Careline team who reached the highest award in quality standards.
Our fantastic team offer help and support 24/7 for some of our most vulnerable residents both in Harrow and elsewhere in London. They recently underwent their annual TEC audit and passed with flying colours.
The audit covered 10 modules, focussed on standards and service delivery with an emphasis on technical compliance and cybersecurity - both noted as outstanding.

Careline is a personal alarm service supporting vulnerable adults. Our Careline operators are fully trained giving residents peace of mind and security in their own home. The service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
