The HENRY programme helps you give your child the best possible start in life.
It is a free 8-week healthy lifestyle and parenting programme, for families with children aged 0-5 years. It includes a free crèche.
By the end of the programme, you will learn how to:
- Build confidence and skills for your parenting journey
- Discover simple, fun ways to keep your little ones active
- Explore healthy meals and snacks the whole family will enjoy
- Create routines that support a happy, balanced family life
- Strengthen family bonds and make everyday moments special

This is not a drop in programme. Families must commit to attending the whole programme where possible.
Who is eligible?
- Any family with at least one child under the age of 5
- Must live in the London Borough of Harrow or be registered with a GP in Harrow
