Please be aware that you are not allowed direct access from gardens into parks without the council’s permission.
Trespass
Fencing in Harrow’s parks and open spaces must not be modified to provide direct access onto the land. Doing so interferes with the council’s use and enjoyment of its land. Unauthorised accessing the land from gardens is trespass.
Any introduction of unauthorised access from gardens will lead to the council taking action to rebuild any missing fencing and seek full recovery of the costs. This will include any legal costs.
