Mess left by dogs are dealt with by our street cleaning teams on weekly schedules. We may not respond to all reports but they help us identify hot spots in the borough to focus our efforts.

- The full address of the street which requires cleaning
- Any additional information about the issue such as if it is a repeat offender
How do we deal with dog fouling?
We clean shopping areas and town centres on a daily basis. Parks are cleaned weekly and residential areas cleaned every two weeks.
If a dog owner does not remove their dog's mess, we can enforce a fixed penalty notice. The fine is £100.
