This is the Council's first Information, Advice and Advocacy (IAA) Strategy.
It sets out over the course of the next four years how the Council and the Voluntary Community Sector (VCS) will work together to meet the future needs for information, advice and advocacy in an efficient and effective way within the resources available to improve resident's experience of accessing these services.
The following two documents set out the information used to inform the Council's IAA strategy.
- The Data Gathering Survey Report consolidates and reviews the feedback from Information and Advice service users and service providers on providing and accessing Information and Advice services, gathered from interviews and surveys undertaken between May and July 2016
- The Needs Analysis Report sets out and explains the most common and urgent issues currently affecting Harrow residents.
