We work with children and young people aged 0 to 18, or up to 25 for people with a special educational need or disability, alongside their families.
Harrow Horizons provides:
- counselling
- information
- advice and guidance on recovering and rebuilding family relationships.
- support to children and young people in Harrow who need help to improve their emotional health and wellbeing.
Referrals are accepted from young people themselves, parents/carers and professionals.
