Terms & Conditions
If you are late by more than 15 minutes for any type of appointment you will lose the appointment and the full fee will be retained. You will need to re-book and re-pay for another appointment.
Notice of marriage
If you need to cancel, re-arrange or postpone your appointment you must do so at least 14 days before the appointment. And we will charge a £25 administration fee. If you provide less than 14 days’ notice you’ll be charged the full appointment fee.
Ceremonies at the Pavilion
If you need to cancel, re-arrange or postpone your ceremony at the Pavillion you must do so at least 14 days before the ceremony. And we will charge a £25 administration fee. If you provide less than 14 days’ notice you’ll be charged the full fee.
Ceremonies at our approved external venues
If you need to cancel, re-arrange or postpone your ceremony at an approved external venue you must provide at least 3 months’ notice before the ceremony. And we will charge a £25 administration fee. If you provide less than 3 months’ notice you’ll be charged the full fee.
