What is an overpayment of Council Tax Support?
This is a Council Tax Support payment that is more than you are entitled to. Alternatively it could be a payment that you're not entitled to at all.
If you have been overpaid you must pay back the amount that you were not entitled to. We will send you a recalculated bill accordingly. The bill will show how much you will need to pay and when the payment is due.
What to do if you disagree with your entitlement
