The London Borough of Harrow offers two free ways to promote community events:
- Community Notice Boards (CNBs): We have 19 noticeboards in prominent locations. We grant requests on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
- ‘What’s On’ Events: Listings on our website. You can share them on social media platforms for quick and widespread promotion. View the current What's On Events.

Before you start:
- read and understand the advertising guidelines
- if advertising on CNBs, have your poster ready to upload (Max file size 9.8 MB)
- the form will allow you to advertise on the website, the Community Notice Boards or both
Community Notice Board Locations
Our Community Notice Boards are in some of Harrow’s busiest places. Many passers-by see them every day.

- Belmont Circle (near Weston Drive Junction)
- Buckingham Road (outside 12 Buckingham Road junction of Chandos Crescent)
- Eastcote Lane/Carlyon Avenue junction (opposite Kings Road at roundabout)
- Greenford Road/Sudbury Hill Harrow Station (outside overground station)
- Harrow Arts Centre (Entrance’s driveway near Morrison 299 Uxbridge Road Pinner)
- Harrow Leisure Centre (Christchurch Ave entrance by the bus stop)
- Harrow Town Centre (outside 286-288 Station Road, St Johns Road junction)
- Harrow Weald Park (inside the entrance next to Bus Garage)
- Hatch End (outside 445 The Broadway)
- Kenton Road (near Mayfield Avenue Junction)
- London Road (outside 9 Canons Corner)
- North Harrow (outside 366 Pinner Road)
- Pinner Library (outside Pinner Library main entrance on Marsh Road)
- Rayners Lane (outside 439 Alexandra Avenue)
- Roxeth Library (outside main entrance on Northolt Road)
- Shaftesbury Circle (outside 8 Shaftesbury Parade)
- Stanmore Library (outside main entrance on Stanmore Hill)
- Streatfield Road/Honeypot Lane (outside 8-9 Queensbury Circle Parade)
- Wemborough Road/Honeypot Lane (grass area outside 909 Honeypot Lane)
Our Community Notice Boards are mainly for community information. They also available for the Council at its discretion.
