Cycle training in Harrow
Training information
Harrow Council promotes cycling to all ages as a sustainable form of transport and a way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The Road Safety Office offers cycle training for children and adults that follow National Standards/Bikeability guidelines.
Children's cycle courses vary in format from playground-based courses aimed at 8/9 year olds and aimed at developing children's confidence in balance and control skills, to longer courses for children aged 10 years and above that include practical on road instruction. Children's cycle courses usually run from Easter to the October half term each year.
Adult cycle training is available free of charge to those who live, work or study in the borough.
