We can only provide certificates for life events that took place within Harrow.
Order a certificate
To order a certificate you will need to provide:
- full name of the person to whom the certificate relates
- date of the event: birth, death, marriage or civil partnership
- address of the event
Children born in Northwick Park hospital
Northwick Park Hospital is in Brent, not Harrow. Contact Brent's register office for certificates for children born in Northwick Park hospital.
Need a certificate urgently?
A priority ordering service is available at the General Register Office (GRO). Alternatively contact the register office for the borough where the event was registered.
