* If payment is made by credit card there is a 1.5% transaction charge to all services except for parking fines. No charge will be made if payment is by debit card.

Alternative payment methods

• Civic Centre: A limited payment service is available via the kiosk machine at the Civic Centre reception: Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm.
  
• Direct debit: download direct debit forms for council tax, housing rents, business rates and account payers and send it/them back to us for processing. (Address on the form).
• Standing order: download standing order forms for housing rent accounts, debtors accounts, housing benefit overpayments and send to your bank for processing.
