Reason for inquiry
Appeal by Harrow Gospel Hall Trust relating to the application to Harrow Council for a redevelopment of the site to provide a mixed-use scheme comprising buildings ranging from 3-7 storeys for the provision of 178 residential units (C3); 900 sqm of D1 floorspace and associated open space, landscaping, access, car parking, refuse stores and cycle parking and other associated works.
An inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold the inquiry, intended to run for five days (7-10th June) held at the Council Chambers & 16th June held virtually (attendance via link above), opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
The inquiry will be held in-person at the above address, and will be available online to observe and / or give their views (at the inspector’s discretion) via Microsoft Teams.
Anyone wishing to attend, or give their views on, the inquiry must make it known to the Council’s Appeals Officer who can be contacted using the details above.
