Consultation on Addendum to the Integrated Impact Assessment
A consultation was held between 28 January and 11 February 2026 on the addendum (dated 27 January 2026) to the Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA) (dated 7 November 2025) LBH/ED31aa and LBH/ED31ab (Appendix B – Excel spreadsheet). This addendum solely addresses superseded references to the amount of housing proposed to be delivered within the Harrow & Wealdstone Opportunity Area and also superseded references to the small site windfall allowance. It does not change the main modifications which were consulted upon between November and December last year.
