Cashlite

Most of our council services now only accept electronic payments. You can still pay with cash for parking in certain areas.

In Harrow, you can park for free for up to one hour in a marked bay on the street. To get the free hour, you must start a parking session using PayByPhone.

If you don't have a mobile phone, you can pay at a local shop displaying the PayPoint sign. Look for the nearest shop on signs in car parks or near on-street parking bays.

PayPoints allow you to park without a paper ticket. You just need to provide your vehicle registration and the PayByPhone location number from nearby signs.

Some car parks still have Pay and Display machines. If you use one, remember to display the ticket inside your vehicle.

The one-hour free parking is only valid for your first visit to a paid parking bay each day. Free parking for one hour is not available in resident permit holder bays unless stated on signs.
