Here are some activities and ways to look after your wellbeing for a healthier and happier 2023.
Harrow Health Walks is a free programme of walks. They are for anyone who wants to get more active, meet new people and explore Harrow’s hidden gems. The scheme is part of the Ramblers Wellbeing Walks, England’s largest network of wellbeing walk schemes. Find out about Harrow Health Walks.
Over 400 people in Harrow have joined. Shape Up Harrow which is a free service to support you manage your weight over 12 weekly sessions. Now it’s your turn! Starting this month, sign up and access the sessions and courses (adults aged 18-65 eligible with a BMI of 30 or 27.5 for higher risk groups). Find out about Shape Up and Check your BMI.
Are you in? 31 days alcohol-free, a break and a total reset for the body and mind with Alcohol Change UK. There are many benefits, including sleeping better and having more energy, improving your mental health and concentration, looking fabulous and brighter skin, saving money and an amazing sense of achievement.
